Problem	Solution
Bra underband rides up your back.	Your back size is too big. The underband should fit snugly around your rib cage. Reduce the back size until the symptom disappears.
Bra underband digs in, particularly under the arms.	Your back size is too small, increase the back size until the symptom disappears.
The shoulder straps dig in.	1. Your back size may be too big. The main support for the breasts should come from the underband and the cups. Usually accompanied by the underband riding up your back. Reduce the back size until the symptom disappears. 2. If the underband is level around your body, your back size is probably correct, but the straps may be too tight. Adjust the straps.

Problem	Solution
Your breasts are bulging out of the top or sides of the cups and bust looks lumpy under clothes (classic '4 breasts').	Your cup size is too small. The breasts should be totally encased by the cups. Increase the cup size until the symptom disappears.
Underwires stand away from your rib cage or dig in under your arms.	Your cup size is too small. the wires should lie flat against your body and fully enclose your breasts. Increase the cup size until the symptom disappears.
Wrinkling all over the cup, particularly at the top and sides.	Your cup size is too big. The breast should comfortably fill the cup to give a smooth outline. Reduce the cup size until the symptom disappears.
Wrinkling over the nipple area only and flesh bulging slightly around the edges.	Your cup size is too small. The bra is squashing your breast, squeezing it out at the edges and stopping it filling the cup. Increase the cup size until the symptom disappears.
Your bust drops through bottom of the cup and the cup moves around.	This is a combination problem of small cup size and large back size. If your breast is fully encased comfortably in the cup when you hold the cup in the correct position, go down a back size. If not, go up a cup size without changing back size and then reassess.
