Just a short message to thank you for such wonderful service! I ordered some lingerie from your site on Sunday morning, last. I was called by my girlfriend on Tuesday morning to tell me that she had received a package containing lovely undies. I was gobsmacked. Not only did you process the order in a very timely fashion, but the gift message and wrapping were perfect too. I cannot tell you how much trouble I used to go through here in the States to attempt to find lingerie that would fit me. I am writing to tell you how extremely impressed I am not only with your website, but with the service and excellent treatment I feel I received when shopping on your website. I was very happy to find that although one item from my order was out of stock, an estimated arrival date was quoted, along with an apology for the delay. I was also extremely pleased when another email was sent yesterday telling me that my order was on it's way. I received my order this morning and was thrilled to find that everything fits perfectly and was delivered with the greatest of care. I am very impressed with your website and I will be shopping there again, and will definitely be recommending it to many friends. THANK YOU!!!! I was out shopping with a friedn (sic) 3 weeks ago and was convinced to be measured for a bra. Supprise supprise I was wearing the wrong size. Since then I have been insulted and humiliated just because I want a bra to fit me. I have a back size of 50 and I have found it nearly impossible that was until I found you. I have been in tears of frustration and now the tears are of joy! Thank you very much for providing a service that is needed. Only one thing Why are you not more high profile?
