are shown in UK pounds, how can I see what the cost will be in my own
currency?
Where ever you see a price you will also see the
export (VAT free) price, and below this is a link to a currency converter.
Clicking the link will bring up a small window with the export price
already included (if you are within the EU you will need to change this
to the full VAT inclusive price). Select the currency you want the amount

Postal Order or cash. All cash must be UK pounds. All cheques must be
made out in UK pounds and drawn on a UK bank.

do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will only be charged when your goods
are sent out. If we part ship your order only the items sent will be
charged.

How quickly
will I get my order?
That depends on 3 things: 1. Whether your items are
in stock; 2. Where you live in the world; 3. Which brand you ordered.
If your items are in stock you can expect to receive them within 2 working
days in the UK, 4 days for Europe, 7-10 days for the North America and
14-21 days for the rest of the world. If your items are out of stock
the delay is usually about 14 days (plus delivery time). However, several
of our suppliers, notably Triumph and Ulla Dessous, can take up to 28
days to come back into stock.

How do
I find out what's happening to my order?
Within 2 working days of placing your order you will
get an email telling you that either your items have been dispatched
or that there is a delay whilst we wait for the items to come back into
stock. If the delay to your order is longer than 14 days we will send
you another email letting you know. If we are unable to supply your
order within 28 days we will contact you again with your options. If
you have not received any emails from us, or your order is particularly
urgent, you can contact us using this form.

instructions for exchanging goods. Please make sure you get a proof

I can't
find the style/size I want, can you help?
If you know the details of the style you want and
it is from a Brand we stock we should be able to get it for you. But
remember, a lot of lingerie is classed as fashion, so some colours and
styles have a very short lifespan. If you are looking for a particular
size please let us know and we will try our best to help. Several of
our suppliers have a slightly wider ranger of sizes than we show so
