If you need to print out a new Returns Form to send back with your goods, please click here.
Please ensure that you post your returned goods before the date marked on the Returns Form enclosed with your order. This date is 14 days plus your expected delivery time after the date of dispatch. For example, an order dispatched to the UK on the 1st has an expected delivery time of 2 days so the date should be the 17th.
The upper section of the form is for goods being returned. Using the key in the upper right, enter the code of the reason for the return in the first column. If you need to explain please use the reverse of the form. In the rest of the row please enter the description, colour and size of the item and it's cost. Do not include postage in your calculation of cost.
If you are returning the item(s) for a refund you do not need to do any more.
If you wish to order items in exchange please complete the second half of the form. Enter all the details of the item(s) you want in exchange. You may need to refer to the website to get the product reference, the price, and to make sure that the size or colour you want is available.
You should calculate the total for the order by adding up the value of all items you want in exchange and then subtracting the value of all the items you have returned. If the amount is negative we owe you a refund. If it is positive you need to provide some form of payment.
If you live in the UK you can pay by cheque or Postal Order (made out to 'DD Lingerie Ltd') or credit card. If you live outside the UK you can pay by cheque, if the cheque is in pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank, or credit card. Please note, we do not retain your credit card details from previous transactions so you will need to include these details.
Pack the item(s) in their original package, or something equally durable. When you post the item(s) make sure you obtain a proof of posting or use recorded delivery. We can only accept responsibility for the returned goods when they reach us, so if they are lost in the post this is the only way you can get compensation.
If you live abroad you are obliged to put a value on the package for Customs. Please ensure you make this value $1 and state that the goods are being returned to sender. If you put a higher value Customs will try to charge us both VAT and import duty. We will not accept such charges and the package will be returned to you.
