You will start with a 5% discount when your account is set up. Once you've spent over £250 with us, you will move up to the 7% discount level. Spend another £250 and you will receive the full 10% discount on all your purchases. Take advantage of these permanent discounts for a small, one-time administration charge. Terms:
1. Preferred customer accounts are only available on payment of the sign-up fee. We reserve the right to refuse an application, in which case your card will not be charged.
2. All account applications are set up by hand and can take up to 10 days to process. You will be notified by email when your account is live. Your discounts are not available until you receive your account activation email.
3. Access to your personal pricing is via username/password login. You are not to disclose your username and password to anyone. We reserve the right to cancel accounts that we feel are being abused.
4. The discount rates will be those published on this page. We reserve the right to vary these from time to time, giving all account holders at least 14 days notice of any change.
5. When calculating which discount rate you are entitled to we will not split transactions or apply 2 rates of discount to a single transaction. You will be notified by email when your discount rate has been changed. Any purchases made after reaching the required spend, but before email notification, will be at the lower discount rate.
6. Any refunds made will reduce the amount spent when calculating your discount level.
